This is a picture of the oldest drugstore in Coshocton and it is located at 545 Main Street. The first owners were Clyde Lorenz and Lester Page, both deceased. The structure which houses the drug store was built in 1909. The building has always housed a drug store - from 1909 to the present time. It is known as Brungart's Drug Store. John Brungart purchased the drug store from Page and Lorenz in August 1949. Pictured in the store years ago were Page and Wilbur Howe, the latter a resident of ... At left are Charles Lorenz (MY GRANDFATHER). The store operated a soda fountain at the time this picture was taken.
